Logistics is looking for anOperations Managerin the Savannah,
GAArea! Company Overview: PFP Logistics is a third-party
(3PL)Staffing Companythat works in Warehouses' Shipping and
Receiving Departments across the nation. We are contracted tostaff
and managethe following positions: Loading and Unloading, Equipment
Operators, Order Selection, Pallet Re-Stack, Labeling, and Facility
Sanitation. Schedule & Pay: Monday - Friday $70,000-$80,000 Salary
Benefits PAID Weekly* Operations Manager will Oversee 2 accounts in
the Savannah Area Responsible for recruiting new team members,
training, and managing onsite teams Manage customer relationships
and performance expectations Help promote a company culture that
encourages top performance and high morale Identify and address
problems and opportunities for the company to grow Oversee daily
activity reports and administrative work relative to hiring and
payroll for all sites Requirements: 3 5 years of experience
successfully supervising/managing a team towards set goals,
objectives, or service-level agreements Strong verbal and written
communication skills in a business environment; Experience with
Microsoft Office Ability to identify, hire, and train talented team
members Effective leadership and organizational skills Ability to
