Lowe's Foods is seeking a dynamic Co-Manager to streamline store operations and enhance the customer shopping experience. Positioned in the heart of our bustling store environment, the Co-Manager will not only uphold our established reputation for quality and freshness but also drive innovations in our service delivery. This role involves a collaborative approach to management and a hands-on leadership style, responsible for overseeing various departmental activities, optimizing workflow, and actively participating in all aspects of day-to-day management. Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Support the Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers, including engaging local community events. Coordinate and supervise staff, providing training and development to optimize performance and meet sales targets. Manage inventory control, ensure the freshness of goods, and collaborate with vendors to maintain product supply. Monitor store budgets and financial performance, initiating corrective measures when necessary. Handle customer queries and complaints adeptly and ensure customer satisfaction. Enhance store safety and cleanliness protocols, maintaining the highest standards possible. Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in retail management software and strong analytical skills Customer service oriented with problem solving attitude Ability to work under pressure and deal with challenges effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification in Retail Management (Preferred) First Aid and CPR certifications (Advantageous)
