Job Description:
ConGlobal Industries, Inc., a leader in global shipping and
transportation services, is seeking an experienced Railyard
Terminal Manager to oversee operations at our rail facility. The
successful candidate will manage the day-to-day activities of the
railyard, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with safety
regulations, and exceptional service delivery. As a Terminal
Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with
logistics partners, overseeing container movements, and maintaining
operational excellence in line with our company’s commitment to
quality and innovation in the transportation and shipping
industries. Oversee daily operations of the railyard, ensuring
efficient container handling and logistics management. Enforce
safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe working
environment for all employees. Coordinate with logistics partners
to optimize throughput and reduce dwell times. Manage staff,
including hiring, training, and performance evaluation to ensure a
competent and motivated workforce. Monitor operational costs,
budget management, and financial performance of the terminal.
Implement and oversee maintenance schedules for all railyard
equipment to ensure operational readiness and safety. Report on
terminal performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and
implementing strategies to enhance service delivery. Strong
leadership and personnel management skills In-depth knowledge of
rail operations and container logistics Strategic planning and
organizational skills Proficiency in industry-specific software and
technology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical

Manager (CTM) OSHA Safety Certification HAZMAT Handling
