Job Description Job Description Salary: $16-$18 Company Overview: PFP Logistics is a third-party (3PL)Staffing Companythat works in Warehouses' Shipping and Receiving Departments across the nation. We are contracted tostaff and managethe following positions: Loading and Unloading, Equipment Operators, Order Selection, Pallet Re-Stack, Labeling, and Facility Sanitation. Position Overview: Oversee 2-6 associates at a cold storage warehouse, restacking pallets of chicken to include a slat between each layer or to take slat out of each layer. Main Objective: Assist Monitor work / Document work completed Schedule: 4:00pm - 12:00am Monday - Saturday Production Pay flat fee for Daily Admin. Tasks Daily Responsibilities: Supervise team members restacking pallets of chicken Monitor productivity and adherence to safety protocols Assist in Training New Hires Document Work Completed during Shift Help Unload Containers Requirements: Able to lift 50lbs consistently Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in a business environment Reliable Transportation What We Believe In: Integrity: Do the right thing Quality: Trust in and follow the process consistently Leadership: Intentionally setting the example at all times Performance: Focusing on improvement to be better than yesterday Balance: Supporting whole-person fulfillment
