Job Description Job Description Position: Med/Surg Float Pool RN Shift: 3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 36 hours/week Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Holiday Rotation: Required Floating: Between Med/Surg units at Main Hospital and Ashley River Tower Ratios: May vary depending on the unit Experience: 2 years preferred; first-timers accepted License Required: South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License Certifications Required: BLS Trauma Experience: Not required Block Schedule: Requires manager approval, based on unit needs Local Radius: 60 miles from the facility RTO Restrictions: 7 days or less of non-holiday RTO may be auto-approved RTO of 7 days or holiday requests require facility approval Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift every 2 weeks Hospital Information: Type: Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Hospital, Magnet Designated Total Beds: 820 Charting System: EPIC Scrub Color: Royal Blue or White top with Royal Blue bottoms Parking: $20 fee for parking hang tag at 91 Presidents Street Garage Hurricane Season (June-November): Travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams Vaccination Requirements: COVID-19: Not required Flu: Required with medical/religious exemptions allowed Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
