Job Description Job Description Contract Details: Shift: 3x12s, Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Weekend Requirement: 4 shifts per 4-week schedule Holiday Requirement: Yes, if contract falls during holiday periods On-Call: Not required Guaranteed Hours: Facility may cancel 1 shift every 2 weeks Float Policy: May float within scope to meet facility needs Patient ratio :1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 depending on acuity (ICU and Stepdown mix) Experience: Minimum 2 years of PICU RN experience Preferred: ECMO, CRRT experience Certifications: BLS (AHA only) PALS (AHA only) Active SC RN license or Compact Multi-State RN license First-Time Travelers Accepted: Yes Block Scheduling: May be requested; manager approval required Local Radius: 60 miles Locals Accepted: Yes RTO Policy: All time off must be submitted with profile; subject to unit approval Charting System: EPIC Emergency Response: Contractors may be assigned to hurricane response teams (June–Nov, peak Aug–Sept) Vaccination COVID-19: Not required Flu: Required (Medical/Religious exemptions only) Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
