operations with a hands-on approach Train, coach, and develop BOH
team members Maintain standards for food quality, consistency,
speed, and presentation Ensure food safety, sanitation, and
cleanliness standards are always met Manage prep, inventory,
ordering, and food cost Partner with FOH leadership to deliver a
seamless guest experience What We’re Looking For Passion for food,
