experienced and reliable Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team.
This role supports the Chef by ensuring kitchen operations run
smoothly during service, prepping and executing dishes to spec, and
guiding junior cooks with professionalism and consistency.
Requirements: Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and
efficiency Lead line during service: manage pacing, communicate
with chef, and coordinate tickets Ensure food safety, sanitation,
and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times Assist with
inventory, prep lists, and daily kitchen organization Train and
mentor other line cooks and prep staff Communicate clearly and
respectfully with FOH and BOH teams Support chef with specials,
seasonal menus, and quality control
