Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Cardiac Prep and Recovery
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. In this vital
role, the RN will manage pre-operative and post-operative care for
cardiac patients, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to
ensure high-quality care tailored to individual patient needs. As
part of a leading healthcare organization, you will have access to
cutting-edge resources and be a pivotal part of patient care and
recovery. Assess patient condition and develop appropriate care
plans Monitor patient response to treatment and adjust care plans
as necessary Educate patients and families on recovery processes
and post-operative care Ensure the efficient operation of the
recovery room Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, and other
healthcare professionals Strong clinical skills in cardiac care
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Proficiency in utilizing healthcare
technology and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse
(RN) license in applicable state Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
