Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Acute Cardiac Clinical Nurse
Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee
patient care management, coordinate with healthcare teams to
deliver high-quality cardiac care, and ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations at our state-of-the-art facilities. Your
expertise will drive improvements in patient outcomes and
contribute to the compassionate environment HCA is known for.
Manage patient care in cardiac unit. Collaborate with physicians,
nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment
plans. Monitor and report patient progress and adjust treatments as
needed. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and
standards. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans
and cardiac health management. Participate in research and
continuous education on the latest cardiac care techniques. Strong
leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare information
systems Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
In-depth knowledge of cardiac care and treatment protocols Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Registered Nurse (RN) license Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
certification Certification in Cardiovascular Nursing (CVN) is
preferred
