In this vital role, RNs engage directly in surgical procedures, patient recovery plans, and the ongoing improvement of cardiovascular health strategies. Assist in surgical procedures and provide pre and post-operative care to patients undergoing cardiac treatment. Monitor patient health and respond to clinical needs during recovery. Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to plan and implement comprehensive treatment strategies. Administer medications and maintain detailed patient records according to healthcare regulations. Participate in continuous education to stay abreast of advancements in cardiac care. Proficiency in managing cardiac care technology and equipment Strong ability to work collaboratively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Deep understanding of cardiac care protocols and best practices Ability to perform detailed assessments and execute precise clinical decisions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
