Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated RN Neuro Critical Care to
join our skilled team at our state-of-the-art facility. This role
focuses on providing the highest level of care to patients
suffering from neurological disorders and injuries within our
intensive care units. As a pivotal member of our healthcare team,
you will utilize cutting-edge medical technology to administer
treatments and monitor patient progress, collaborating closely with
an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Provide
comprehensive care to patients in the neuro intensive care unit.
Monitor patient vital signs, assess neurological status, and modify
treatment plans according to patient needs. Collaborate with
physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to
optimize patient care. Educate patients and families about
conditions and treatment plans. Implement patient safety and
infection control standards. Report and document patient care
services accurately. Advanced knowledge of neuro ICU care. High
proficiency in using medical software and electronic health
records. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to
respond effectively in a high-pressure environment. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certification in Neurological
Critical Care Nursing (CNRN) preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS),
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
