Provide comprehensive primary care, focusing on preventive, acute,
and chronic disease management for adult patients. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered
care. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic
medical record (EMR) system. Participate in quality improvement
