Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a compassionate and skilled Children's
Behavioral Health Nurse to join our dedicated team. In this role,
you will provide specialized nursing care for children facing
behavioral and mental health challenges in a supportive and safe

plan, and implement nursing care plans for child patients dealing
with emotional, mental, and behavioral disorders. Collaborate with
a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated and comprehensive
care. Communicate effectively with children and their families,
providing education and support throughout treatment. Participate
in training and development activities to stay current with the
latest practices in pediatric behavioral health. Ensure compliance
with all healthcare regulations and maintain patient
confidentiality. Manage patient records and documentation with
accuracy and punctuality. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills. Proven ability to work effectively with children and
adolescents. Knowledge of psychiatric nursing practices and
procedures specific to youth. Ability to handle stressful
situations with professionalism and care. Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
certification desired. Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) or
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing certification is a plus.
