with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Beaufort, South
Carolina, 29902! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

License: Valid state license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS,
NIHSS Must-Have: Previous charge experience preferred Experience

Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a Step Down
unit. The nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients
with complex medical needs. Candidates must have experience in
telemetry and the ability to interpret dysrhythmias. The role
includes monitoring patients who may have undergone procedures such
as cardiac catheterization. The Registered Nurse will manage
patients recovering from respiratory failure, pneumonia, and
cardiac arrhythmias. They will perform tasks such as administering
blood products, managing central lines, and providing wound care.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable floating within the
facility as needed. Expect to work some holidays and weekends as
part of the rotation. Strong interdisciplinary collaboration with
support services is essential. A commitment to high-quality patient
