Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Certified
Nursing Assistants (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and
Registered Nurses (RN), based in Charleston, WV. Responsibilities
for the role include providing patient care, assisting with medical
procedures, administering medication, monitoring patient health,
and adhering to healthcare policies and protocols. Collaborating
with healthcare teams and delivering compassionate and professional
support to patients are key components of this position.
Qualifications Proven experience and certification as a CNA, LPN,
or RN, with a thorough understanding of patient care standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide
compassionate care and effectively collaborate with the healthcare
team Knowledge of medical procedures, medication administration,
and patient health monitoring Ability to adhere to healthcare
protocols and maintain patient confidentiality Proficiency in
documenting patient care details accurately and efficiently
Flexibility to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment CPR
certification and relevant state licensure Familiarity with
electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred
