be considered. This opportunity is for a registered nurse with
medical-surgical experience, offering a chance to work in a Level I
Trauma Center recognized as a Magnet Hospital. The position
involves floating between med-surg floors at two nearby hospital
locations, providing diverse clinical exposure and collaboration
with multidisciplinary teams. Location: North Charleston, SC
provides a coastal environment with access to cultural venues,
outdoor activities, and a mild climate. The area blends urban
amenities with scenic waterfronts, making it a desirable location
for both work and leisure. Schedule and Hours: 3 shifts per week
12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Weekend coverage
required with a minimum of 3-4 weekend shifts scheduled Holiday
rotation participation expected Shift flexibility subject to
managerial approval Qualifications and Experience: Active South
Carolina RN License or multistate compact license At least 2 years
of nursing experience, with acceptance of first-time float pool
nurses Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Ability and
willingness to float between multiple medical-surgical units
Comfortable working in variable nurse-to-patient ratios depending
on assignment Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care
across different med-surg units Collaborate effectively with
interdisciplinary care teams Utilize electronic medical records
(EPIC) for accurate charting Maintain professional appearance
complying with dress code (solid royal blue or white tops with
royal blue bottoms) Comply with facility protocols, including
participation in emergency response during hurricane season (June
