MRI Tech Location: Charleston, SC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,015 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: MRI Tech Profession: MRI Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:00-18:30 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of MRI experience License: ARRT MRI registered Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Cardiac MRI and Breast MRI experience preferred but not required. Description: Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy. Traveler is expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees. The unit has a total of 321 beds and is designated as a Level 2 Trauma and Thrombectomy Capable stroke center. Patient ratios are not applicable. The unit is equipped with GE 1.5T Signa and GE 3T Pioneer MRI machines. The documentation system utilized is Meditech. On-call shifts are required from Friday to Sunday, 8 PM to 7 AM every 4-5 weekends. There is no floating policy in place. Advanced skills for this position are not required. Procedures performed include MRI/MRA of the brain, abdomen, spine, upper and lower extremities, cardiac assessments, breast imaging, and other specific areas as needed. The required uniform is gray scrubs. Unit-specific policies and guidelines are not available. General Comments: The facility is well known in the community for its 24-hour emergency services.
