Healthcare to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in
Charleston, South Carolina, 29401! Our client is seeking an
experienced Rehabilitation Therapist for a Days shift position in
Charleston, South Carolina. This Therapy role is based in the
CC000706 CHS - Therapy - Physical / Occupational / Sleep(SJCH) and
requires a minimum of 2 years of recent Rehabilitation Therapist
experience. Position Requirements - Active South Carolina license
and/or Compact license - Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty
Certifications - Minimum 2 years of recent Therapy – Rehabilitation
Therapist experience - 2 current clinical references Documentation
Requirements - Current resume - Physical exam (within 12 months) -
TB skin test (within 12 months) - Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella -
Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months) - Current Tdap and Flu
vaccinations - Ability to pass background check and urine drug
