ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks -
36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Local
Contract Local PRN Only! Nucleus Healthcare is seeking an ICU -
Registered Nurse (RN) to join a prestigious health system in
Columbia, Missouri. Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities: -
Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and providing nursing
care to medically complex patients - Providing care for patients
and management of their conditions, with regard to vital signs and
lab work - Collaborating with Physicians and various disciplines
within the hospital in order to manage patient care - Assisting the
medical staff with in-house procedures Interacting and
communicating with patient family members RN Requirements: Day and
Night Shifts Available RN License (MO) - Minimum 1 year of hospital
experience, ICU &/or TCU (stepdown) experience preferred - BLS
and ACLS certification - Ability to assess patients quickly in
emergency situations in stressful environment - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills - Superior analytical and
critical thinking skills, team, detail and goal oriented -
Positive, professional and empathetic demeanor - Focus: Our
facilities have an average of 30 – 35 beds, which allows our
healthcare teams to focus intensely on our patients and their
families. - Multi-Disciplinary Interaction: We take pride in our

positive and supportive work environment. All of our clinical staff
plays an important and respected role with the medical staff and
administration. - Patient Centered: Our Long-Term Acute Care

focused on critical care to meet the needs of our medically complex
patients. After onboarding and competency training, we have on
ongoing Learning application (MedTrainer) to support your future

Additional Qualifications - Required Certification: BLS, ACLS, NIH
