qualified Oncology RN in Charleston, South Carolina, 29425! Pay
Information $2,059 per week About The Position Job Title: Oncology
Infusion Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Chemotherapy
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8
Experience: 2 years of oncology infusion preferred License: SC or
Multi-state Compact RN License required Certifications: BLS, ONS
Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate required Description: This
position is for an Oncology Infusion Nurse specializing in
chemotherapy. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4-5. The shifts are
5x8 hours from 07:45 to 16:15 or from 08:30 to 17:00. Weekend
requirements are 2 per month. There is no on-call requirement. The
clinician may float within their scope to meet facility needs. The
required experience is 2 years in oncology infusion. First-time
travelers are accepted. Candidates must have the appropriate
license for the state. The following certifications are required:
BLS and ONS Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate. Experience in
oncology infusion is preferred. Familiarity with the Epic
electronic health record system is preferred. Candidates must
adhere to a local radius rule of 60 miles. Locals are accepted with
lower compensation. All requests for time off must be included at
the time of submission. Approval for time off will be based on
facility needs. During hurricane season, travelers may be assigned
to emergency response teams. The hurricane season runs from June
through November, with peak activity in August and September.
