We are hiring for both -Hospitalist -and -Nocturnist -positions. A -Nocturnist -role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

  Qualifications:

  • Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.
    
  • Chief residents are encouraged to apply and participate in Sound's Compass Program, a leadership track offering a monthly stipend during your final year of residency.
    
    Practice in the Heart of the Community

    • Compensation ranges from $1,625 (day) to $1,850 -(night) per shift, with $400 moonlighting incentives for extra shifts above the threshold.
      
    • Collaborative scheduling ensures coverage for time off.
      
      Key Responsibilities:
      
      • 
        
      • Serve as part of an established team at a tertiary care hospital, receiving transfers from surrounding counties and across state lines.
        
      • Day and swing admitter shifts available, along with dedicated nocturnist support.
        
      • Work in a hospital with a closed ICU managed by intensivists; procedures are not required, but maintaining privileges is welcomed.
        
      • Collaborate with a resident-led MET/RRT team-hospitalists do not respond to codes.
        
      • Utilize Epic EMR and access internal informatics platforms for streamlined care.
