Job Title: Speech Language PathologistCentra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Savannah, Missouri.Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to work in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a SNF or LTC setting
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Conduct evaluations and progress assessments to monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate recordsRequirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a SNF or LTC setting
  • Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Missouri
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
