Job Description SummaryWith limited supervision, the Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) reports to the Nurse Manager. The ANM assists the Nurse Manager in overall assessment, strategic planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care in assigned areas. The ANM supports the achievement of optimal department, Integrated Clinical Centers of Excellence (ICCE) and Medical Center goals and promotes shared governance structure and process. This will be achieved through the creation and maintenance of a practice environment that leads to the achievement of desired clinical, staffing, quality, financial outcomes and operational efficiency, as well as well as individualized, age specific needs of patients.
