Operate CNC machines to produce precision aerospace components Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools ? Adjust machine settings to maintain accuracy and part specifications Load raw materials and unload finished parts Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals What You Bring Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high?quality parts Ability to work independently and troubleshoot minor machine issues Reliability, good communication skills, and a positive attitude Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift Why You’ll Love This Job $27/hr starting pay Work in a high?tech aerospace manufacturing environment Opportunities for advancement and skill development Clean, climate?controlled, safety?focused facility Supportive team culture with long?term career potential Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Charleston, SC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
