Job Description:
Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated
Powersports Technician to join their growing service team. Whether
you're just starting out or you're an experienced Master
Technician, this is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range
of vehicles—including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, etc. If you love
turning wrenches and take pride in doing the job right the first

fast-paced, high-performance environment. Responsibilities:
Diagnose, service, and repair powersports vehicles to factory
specifications and safety standards. Perform routine maintenance,
inspections, and performance upgrades. Work on a wide range of
systems including engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, and
electrical components. Use OEM service manuals, diagnostic tools,
and manufacturer software to troubleshoot and complete repairs.
Communicate clearly with service writers, parts specialists, and
customers when needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace,
following safety and shop protocols. Keep accurate documentation of
services performed and parts used. Stay current with training
certifications and new model updates. Qualifications: 1 years of
hands-on mechanical experience (professional or personal); Master
Techs strongly encouraged to apply. Powersports, motorcycle,
marine, small engine, or automotive experience preferred. Formal
technical training or certifications (MMI, OEM schools, etc.) are a
plus but not required. Ability to work independently or as part of
a team in a fast-paced service environment. Strong mechanical
aptitude and problem-solving skills. Must own a basic set of tools.
Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement a plus). Why Join
