Job Description Job Description The O'Quinn Schools of Porter-Gaud serve a 600 preschool students from age two through kindergarten on two campuses (Mount Pleasant & James Island). O'Quinn is seeking two. dedicated Long Term Substitutes for 4k & 3k at the James Island Campus for an assignment to begin immediately and last until approximately 6 weeks from now. Duties include: Implementing lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher. Maintaining a safe and positive classroom environment Managing student behavior Collaborate with other teachers and staff members Qualifications include: Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents Knowledge of behavior management techniques Ability to adapt to various classroom environments and teaching styles Flexibility is essential!
