Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher
position in a K-12 school setting located in Bluffton, SC. The role
offers a contract for the current school year with onsite
responsibilities aimed at supporting students with special needs
across various grade levels and specialized programs. Key
Responsibilities: - Provide individualized instruction and support
for students with special education needs, including severe and
profound disabilities. - Develop and implement tailored educational
plans that meet state and federal special education requirements. -
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, parents, and school staff
to promote student success. - Monitor student progress and adapt
teaching strategies to ensure educational goals are met. - Maintain
accurate records and documentation in compliance with district
policies. Qualifications and Desired Experience: - Valid Special
Education Teacher certification. - Experience working with K-12
students, particularly in early childhood and severe and profound
special education settings. - Strong understanding of
individualized education programs (IEPs) and special education
laws. - Ability to manage classroom environments and adapt
instruction to varied student needs. - Excellent communication and
teamwork skills. Location: - Various onsite openings available in
Bluffton, SC, including early childhood positions at Okatie
Elementary and severe and profound roles at May River High School.
