Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites recent nursing graduates to apply for our
New Graduate RN Residency program. This structured program is
designed to equip new RNs with the skills and knowledge needed to
excel in a clinical setting. Through a combination of hands-on
experience, mentorship, and continuing education, residents will
gain invaluable experience while making a positive impact on
patient lives in our diverse range of healthcare facilities.
Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on
the application of scientific nursing principles. Participate in
patient and family teaching while working collaboratively with a
multidisciplinary health team to restore patient health. Monitor
patient health and record signs within electronic medical record
systems. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by
healthcare providers. Participate in team meetings and contribute
to nursing care plans. Strong clinical skills with attention to
detail Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving
and critical thinking skills Adaptability and resilience in a
fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
