School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An
opportunity is available for a part-time School Psychologist to
support a K-12 school located in North Charleston, SC. This
contract position spans the current school year from ASAP through
May 29, 2026, providing services on-site with a caseload to be
determined. The assignment involves working in one school within
the Charleston County area, focusing on delivering psychological
assessments and interventions to students across grade levels. Key
Qualifications and Requirements: Active South Carolina State
Licensure in School Psychology is mandatory. Experience levels from
entry to advanced are welcome, with compensation aligned to years
of school experience. Strong skills in conducting assessments,
interpreting educational and psychological data, and collaborating
with educators and families. Ability to work effectively within a
school team to support student academic, social, and emotional
development. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive psychological
services including evaluation, consultation, and intervention
planning. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to
address student needs and develop support plans. Maintain detailed
documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to
the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as
needed. Location: North Charleston, South Carolina, within the
Charleston County School District. On-site presence required.
