At ABM, a leading provider of comprehensive facility solutions, we are seeking an experienced Landscape Manager to oversee all landscaping operations within our client's properties across various industries. The Landscape Manager will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of landscape projects, ensuring the integration of aesthetically pleasing and sustainable outdoor environments. Our ideal candidate must efficiently manage landscaping teams, coordinate with other departments, and uphold the highest standards of landscaping and groundskeeping. Design, implement and maintain landscaping projects across various client properties. Manage a team of groundskeepers and landscapers, providing training, scheduling, and oversight to ensure quality standards. Coordinate with facilities managers to integrate landscape projects with existing infrastructure. Develop and oversee budgets for landscaping projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and corporal sustainability practices. Regularly inspect completed work and ongoing projects to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver projects that meet their expectations. Expert knowledge of horticulture, botany and landscape architecture. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in budget management and cost estimation. Proficiency in landscaping software and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
