Job Description Summary NICU Family Support Program Coordinator
develops, implements and evaluates educational and social
activities for the families of patients in the NICU. They are
responsible for maintaining the March of Dimes visibility in the
program and improve the patient/family experience. Entity Medical

Conducts surveys and studies of problems and needs; makes
recommendations to appropriate officials. Maintains up-to-date
knowledge of the status of assigned program area(s). Reviews,
evaluates and reports on assigned program area. Provides technical
assistance to staff, management, the public and other governmental
entities. Takes and processes routine program requests from
customers. Supervises employees as needed. Additional Job
Description Minimum Requirements: High school diploma and four
years relevant experience in business management, public
administration or administrative services; or a Bachelor's degree
and two years experience in business management, public
administration or administrative services. Physical Requirements:

force. (Frequent) Examples include: To transfer a 100 lb. patient
that cannot assist in the transfer requires 50 lbs. of force. For
every 100 additional pounds, assistance will be required from
another healthcare worker. 20 lbs. of force is needed to push a 400
lb. patient in a wheelchair on carpet. 25 lbs. of force is required
to push a stretcher with a patient with one hand. Ability to
maintain 20/40 vision, corrected, in one eye or with both eyes.
(Continuous) Ability to see and recognize objects close at hand or
at a distance. (Continuous) Ability to match or discriminate
between colors. (Continuous) Ability to determine
distance/relationship between objects; depth perception.

Ability to perform gross motor functions with frequent fine motor
