Responsibilities Our Turf Supplies Department Managers take the lead as the Landscape Supply expert in the branch, working closely with customers on any or all needs within the department to ensure excellence. What you’ll do: Own safety for the turf hub by locating hazards and executing plans to eliminate. Manage yard cleanliness by conducting weekly cleaning of debris and trash throughout any area used by the turf hub. Ensure inventory levels are maintained by the agreed amount of stocking levels. Manage P.O.’s and ensure they are received correctly, manage a physical count of deliveries, and ensure shipping paperwork matches Proactively look for transfers to be sure the 48hr turnaround time is met. Own inventory management for hub including accuracy, levels, scrap, etc. Keep up with equipment maintenance and ensure scheduled service is completed Work with inside and outside sellers as needed to grow the brand Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in the green industry and an understanding of landscape supplies, preferred Excellent customer service and management skills Experience with sales and operations planning and forecasting Understanding of accounting fundamentals; including debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable and budgets. Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds High school diploma or equivalent Perks: Weekly Paychecks with DailyPay available!
