Set up customer accounts, payroll allocation, and manage job closures. Prepare financial reports, including aging schedules and WIP summaries. Process invoices and assist with credit card reconciliations. Respond to audit requests with accurate documentation. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy. Take on additional accounting and administrative responsibilities as needed. What We’re Looking For: Solid foundation in accounting principles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
