experienced Tax Compliance Specialist to ensure flawless execution
of all recurring tax and regulatory/compliance obligations across
our portfolio of entities. This full-time role is central to
maintaining our high standards of financial stewardship. Job Type:
Full-Time Or Job Type: Part-Time (Approx. 20-25 hours per week),
Flexible Schedule Core Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance
Management: Maintain a comprehensive calendar of all corporate
regulatory deadlines, including state and local licensing renewals,
permit filings, and entity registrations for operating companies
and investment vehicles. Tax Compliance Oversight: Assist with the
internal review and coordination of complex federal and state tax
returns (e.g., Forms 1065, 1120) prepared by external CPA firms,
ensuring accuracy and complete supporting documentation.
Operational Tax Filings: Lead the timely preparation and submission
of operational taxes - including sales tax returns and payroll tax
compliance - across all required jurisdictions. Property Tax
Administration: Manage the detailed tracking, filing, and payment
of all real estate and personal property tax assessments. Financial
Record Keeping: Utilize QuickBooks to accurately record
compliance-related expenditures, maintain an organized digital
filing system for all official documents, and support month-end
close processes. Audit Support & Analysis: Facilitate internal and
external audits by gathering documentation and performing ad-hoc
analysis, requiring advanced Microsoft Excel skills. General Team
Support: Serve as a contributing team member by assisting the
broader tax department with additional duties as assigned to ensure
seamless financial and administrative functions. Qualifications and
Attributes Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,
or a related discipline is mandatory. Experience: A minimum of 3
years of experience in accounting, compliance, or financial
administration, preferably within a complex corporate structure or
private wealth setting. Technical Acumen: Exceptional proficiency
in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and demonstrated
experience utilizing QuickBooks. Essential Attributes: Unparalleled
attention to detail, strong organizational discipline, and the
professional flexibility necessary to manage multiple high-priority
deadlines concurrently. Certification: A CPA designation is highly
advantageous but not a prerequisite for this position. Benefits
