Job Description:
As an experienced Project Manager, you will be overseeing ground
up wood frame multifamily projects in the Atlanta area. You will
have the opportunity for exponential career development with a
growing general contractor. You will be responsible for overseeing
the entirety of the project, from start to finish, ensuring budgets
and deadlines are being met.Client DetailsThe client is seeking a
highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team in the
vibrant city of Savannah. As a Construction Project Manager, you
will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, on-time, and
within-budget construction projects. Description
- Manage and/or coordinate Company personnel and resources for
the project
- Assist with preconstruction efforts
- Manage all aspects of project from inception
- Prepare trade contracts and bid packages, as well as oversee
procurement process
- Oversee performance of project including, project status,
schedule, cost control, change management systems
- Maintain relationships with clients, designers and
consultants
- Attend and lead project meetings, including progress,
pre-construction and pre-award
- Review inspection and test data for compliance with
specifications
- Develop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with
Superintendent
- Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment through
own actions
- Mentorship of more junior PMs and support staffProfile
- Multifamily construction experience required
- Wood frame experience required
- Technical degree level education in construction or related
field
- 5+ years of experience working in the construction
industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Stable work record
- Knowledge in Construction Management or related field

- Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
- Compensation package is negotiable subject to experience. MPI
